Prices

All prices shown include VAT.

Delivery

Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery, via APC Overnight. Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next working day. We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only — see our cart page for delivery-area details, or call us on 01452 856856 to arrange delivery elsewhere in the UK.

Your right to cancel

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. To cancel, contact us on 01452 856856. Send the item back to us within 14 days of telling us, and we'll refund the price paid and the cost of standard delivery within 14 days of receiving it back.

You're responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it's faulty or not as described.

Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, the above 14-day window doesn't apply and we'll cover return postage. Call us on 01452 856856. This doesn't affect your other statutory rights.
