Who we are
Motorhome Medics started in 1999 as maintenance and repair technicians specialising in American Motorhomes. The business grew and scaled with the help of the internet, resulting in the wide range of products you see on our store today.
As of 2019, the business stopped repairing the RVs but continues to operate as the largest supplier in Europe for this niche market, supplying the technicians and consumers around the UK.
While we no longer offer repair services, the knowledge and industry connections remain, so we can still help you find the right part or offer advice for any RV related issue.
RV Spares is a trading name of Motorhome Medics LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 08200678. Registered office: Brook Farm, Oakle Street, Minsterworth, Gloucester, GL2 8JR. VAT number GB 741803643.

All prices shown include VAT.
Delivery
Delivery times
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery, via APC Overnight. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on Bank Holidays are dispatched the next working day. We email you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery charges
Delivery is charged by the number and size of parcels your order needs, not item by item — several items are packed into the same parcel where they fit. The charge is added at checkout and shown to you before you pay.

Some products ship free of charge; these are marked "Free delivery" on the product listing.
Where we deliver
Online orders can be placed for GB mainland addresses. For delivery to other areas of the UK, including the Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland, please call us on 01452 856856 or email motorhomemedics@hotmail.com and we'll arrange it with you directly. If your order arrives damaged or not as described, see our returns information.
Returns & refunds
Your right to cancel
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. To cancel, contact us on 01452 856856 or email motorhomemedics@hotmail.com. Send the item back to us within 14 days of telling us, and we'll refund the price paid and the cost of standard delivery within 14 days of receiving it back.
You're responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it's faulty or not as described.

Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, the above 14-day window doesn't apply and we'll cover return postage. Call us on 01452 856856 or email motorhomemedics@hotmail.com. This doesn't affect your other statutory rights.
